2021 - 2022 Mount Marty University Camps

 

Mount Marty baseball is excited to offer newly formatted and improved camps and academies!!

Please note all camps with be at  Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse.  The Library gym hitting facility is no longer available. 

 

Potential Upcoming Camps: 1 Day Catching Camp, 1 Day Infield Camp

 

2nd & 3rd Grade Academy Session 1

When: Sundays

Where: Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse

Dates: November 7, 14, 21 & December 5, 12

Time: 4:00-5:00PM

Cost: $85

Focus: The goal of the elementary academy is to grow in the foundational skills of hitting, fielding, and throwing. Mount Marty baseball coaches and current players will be working with the athletes in a small group and/or individual setting. 

What to bring: Glove and bat (if you have one). No cleats are allowed. Active wear clothing and shoes.

 

4th & 5th Grade Academy Session 1

When: Sundays

Where: Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse

Dates: November 7, 14, 21 & December 5, 12

Time: 5:00-6:00PM

Cost: $85

Focus: The goal of the elementary academy is to grow in the foundational skills of hitting, fielding, and throwing. Mount Marty baseball coaches and current players will be working with the athletes in a small group and/or individual setting.

What to bring: Glove and bat (if you have one). No cleats are allowed. Active wear clothing and shoes.

 

Middle School Academy Session 1

When: Sundays and Tuesdays

Where: Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse

Dates: October 26, 28 (Thursday), 31 & November 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23

Time:     Sundays: 6:00-7:00PM.  Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00PM    

Cost: $175

Focus: Develop and improve hitting, fielding, baserunning, and pitching/throwing skills. Mount Marty baseball coaches and current players will be working with the athletes in a small group and/or individual setting. 

What to bring: Glove and bat (if you have one). No cleats are allowed.

 

High School Academy Session 1

When: Sundays and Tuesdays

Where: Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse

Dates: October 26, 28 (Thursday), 31 & November 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23

Time:     Sundays: 6:00-7:00PM.   Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00PM

Cost: $175

Focus: Develop and improve hitting, fielding, baserunning, and pitching/throwing skills. Mount Marty baseball coaches and current players will be working with the athletes in a small group and/or individual setting.

What to bring: Glove and bat (if you have one). No cleats are allowed. 

 

 

6 Week Pitching/Throwing Program

Grades 7-12: Mondays

Where: Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse

Dates: November 29 & December 6, 13, 20, 27 & January 3

Time: 5:00-6:00PM

Cost: $120

Focus: Develop arm strength, arm speed, arm health, and velocity. Pitchers will work on developing a pitch arsenal, pitching mechanics, and a mindset to succeed on the mound. Position players will be focusing on developing athletic arms relative to their positions.

 

2nd & 3rd Grade Academy Session 2

When: Sundays

Where: Ruth Donohue First Dakota Fieldhouse

Dates: January 9, 16, 23, 30 & February 6

Time: 4:00-5:00PM

Cost: $85

Focus: The goal of the elementary academy is to grow in the foundational skills of hitting, fielding, and throwing. Mount Marty baseball coaches and current players will be working with the athletes in a small group and/or individual setting.
